Ingredients
- 1 oz aged rhum
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz port wine
- 1 oz soda water
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white

Recipe
- Pour the egg white, the port wine, the aged rhum, the lemon juice and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
- Shake without ice
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled collins glass
- Top with the soda water
