Ingredients

  • 1 oz aged rhum
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz port wine
  • 1 oz soda water
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Recipe

  1. Pour the egg white, the port wine, the aged rhum, the lemon juice and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake without ice
  3. Shake with ice
  4. Double strain into a chilled collins glass
  5. Top with the soda water
