Gin fizz

• 1½ oz gin
• 1⅕ oz soda water
• 1 oz lemon juice
• ⅓ oz simple syrup

Recipe

1. Pour the lemon juice, the simple syrup and the gin into cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Double strain into a chilled highball glass
4. Add ice
5. Top with the soda water

Garnish

• Add 1 lemon slice inside
• Add 1 lemon zest inside
