Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream
  • 1½ oz gin
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz soda water
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 3 dashes orange flower water
  • 2 drops vanilla extract

Recipe

  1. Pour the simple syrup, the gin, the cream, the vanilla extract, the egg white, the lemon juice, the orange flower water and the lime juice into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice during 2 minutes
  3. Double strain into a highball glass
  4. Pour back into the shaker
  5. Shake without ice during 1 minute
  6. Strain into a chilled highball glass
  7. Top with the soda water
