- 2 oz cream
- 1½ oz gin
- 1 oz egg white
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz soda water
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- 3 dashes orange flower water
- 2 drops vanilla extract
Total: oz
Recipe
- Pour the vanilla extract, the lime juice, the egg white, the orange flower water, the lemon juice, the gin, the simple syrup and the cream into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice during 2 minutes
- Double strain into a highball glass
- Pour back into the shaker
- Shake without ice during 1 minute
- Strain into a chilled highball glass
- Top with the soda water
