- 60 ml cream
- 45 ml gins
- 30 ml egg whites
- 30 ml simple syrup
- 30 ml soda water
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 3 dashes orange flower water
- 2 drops vanilla extract

Recipe
- Pour the gin, the lemon juice, the lime juice, the vanilla extract, the simple syrup, the egg white, the orange flower water and the cream into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice during 2 minutes
- Double strain into a Highball glass
- Pour back into the shaker
- Shake without ice during 1 minute
- Strain into a chilled Highball glass
- Top with the soda water
