Ingredients

  • 2 oz cream
  • 1½ oz gin
  • 1 oz egg white
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz soda water
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 3 dashes orange flower water
  • 2 drops vanilla extract

Recipe

  1. Pour the vanilla extract, the lime juice, the egg white, the orange flower water, the lemon juice, the gin, the simple syrup and the cream into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice during 2 minutes
  3. Double strain into a highball glass
  4. Pour back into the shaker
  5. Shake without ice during 1 minute
  6. Strain into a chilled highball glass
  7. Top with the soda water
