Angostura fizz

• 1 oz Angostura bitter
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz soda water
• ⅓ oz cream
• 1 bar spoon simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Recipe

1. Pour the egg white, the lemon juice, the Angostura bitter, the cream and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
2. Shake without ice
3. Shake with ice
4. Double strain into a chilled highball glass
5. Top with the soda water

Garnish

• Add 1 quarter pineapple slice on the edge
