Elks fizz

Derived from

• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz port wine
• 1 oz rye whiskey
• 1 oz soda water
• ½ oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Recipe

1. Pour the lemon juice, the port wine, the rye whiskey, the egg white and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
2. Shake without ice
3. Shake with ice
4. Strain into a chilled collins glass
5. Top with the soda water

Garnish

• Add 1 quarter pineapple slice on the edge
