Ingredients
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz port wine
- 1 oz rye whiskey
- 1 oz soda water
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white

Recipe
- Pour the lemon juice, the port wine, the rye whiskey, the egg white and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
- Shake without ice
- Shake with ice
- Strain into a chilled collins glass
- Top with the soda water
Garnish
- Add 1 quarter pineapple slice on the edge
