Ingredients

  • 2 oz rye whiskey
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz red wine
  • 1 egg white

Recipe

  1. Pour the egg white, the lemon juice, the rye whiskey and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice cubes
  4. Float the wine on the top

Garnish

  • Add 1 cocktail cherry on top
  • Add 1 lemon zest on top
