Ingredients
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 1 oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz red wine
- 1 egg white

Recipe
- Pour the egg white, the lemon juice, the rye whiskey and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled rocks glass with ice cubes
- Float the wine on the top
Garnish
- Add 1 cocktail cherry on top
- Add 1 lemon zest on top
