Ingredients

  • 2 oz pisco
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ⅔ oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
Total: oz

Recipe

  1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled nick & nora

Garnish

  • Add 3 drops of Amargo bitter on top
