  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Recipe

  1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass

Garnish

  • Add 3 drops of Amargo bitter on top
