Pisco punch

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pisco
  • 1 oz dry white wine
  • ¾ oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 3 cloves
Total: oz

Recipe

  1. Pour the lemon juice, the pisco, the cloves, the pineapple juice and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe
  4. Add the dry white wine
  5. Stir gently
