Pisco punch

Ingredients
- 60 ml pisco
- 30 ml dry white wine
- 22.5 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 3 cloves

Recipe
- Pour the pineapple juice, the simple syrup, the cloves, the lemon juice and the pisco into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled Coupe glass
- Add the dry white wine
- Stir gently
