Pisco punch

Ingredients
- 2 oz pisco
- 1 oz dry white wine
- ¾ oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 3 cloves

Recipe
- Pour the pineapple juice, the lemon juice, the cloves, the pisco and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled coupe
- Add the dry white wine
- Stir gently
