Russian spring punch

Ingredients

  • 1⅔ oz champagne
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ¾ oz vodka
  • ½ oz crème de cassis
  • ⅓ oz simple syrup

Recipe

  1. Pour the vodka, the lemon juice, the simple syrup and the crème de cassis into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled sling glass
  4. Top with the champagne

Garnish

  • Add 2 blackberries on top
