Russian spring punch

Ingredients

  • 50 ml champagne
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 25 ml vodka
  • 15 ml crème de cassis
  • 10 ml simple syrup

Recipe

  1. Pour the vodka, the crème de cassis, the lemon juice and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled Sling glass
  4. Top with the champagne

Garnish

  • Add 2 blackberries on top
