Old cuban

Ingredients
- 2 oz champagne
- 1½ oz aged rhum
- 1 oz simple syrup
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitter
- 6 mint leaves
Total: oz
Recipe
- Pour the mint leaf, the simple syrup, the lime juice, the aged rhum and the Angostura bitter into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled coupe
- Top with the champagne
Garnish
- Add 1 mint sprig on top
