Ingredients

  • 2 oz champagne
  • 1½ oz aged rhum
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitter
  • 6 mint leaves
Total: oz

Recipe

  1. Pour the mint leaf, the simple syrup, the lime juice, the aged rhum and the Angostura bitter into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled coupe
  4. Top with the champagne

Garnish

  • Add 1 mint sprig on top
