• 50 ml champagne
• 50 ml passion fruit purée
• 50 ml vodka vanilla
• 20 ml passion fruit liqueur
• 2 teaspoons powdered vanilla sugar

Recipe

1. Pour the vodka vanilla, the teaspoon powdered vanilla sugar, the passion fruit liqueur and the passion fruit purée into cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Double strain into a chilled Martini glass
4. Serve with the champagne in a chilled Shot glass on the side

Garnish

• Add 1 half passion fruit on top
