Ingredients
- 1⅔ oz champagne
- 1⅔ oz passion fruit purée
- 1⅔ oz vodka vanilla
- ⅔ oz passion fruit liqueur
- 2 teaspoons powdered vanilla sugar

Recipe
- Pour the vodka vanilla, the teaspoon powdered vanilla sugar, the passion fruit liqueur and the passion fruit purée into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass
- Serve with the champagne in a chilled shot glass on the side
Garnish
- Add 1 half passion fruit on top
