Penicillin

• 2 oz blended scotch whiskies
• ¾ oz honey syrup
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ¼ oz Islay single malt whisky
• 1 ginger slice

Recipe

1. Pour the ginger slice, the honey syrup, the lemon juice and the blended scotch whisky into cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Double strain into a chilled old fashioned glass with ice cubes
4. Float the Islay single malt whisky on the top

Garnish

• Add 1 candied ginger on top
