• 120 ml ginger beer
• 30 ml cognac
• 30 ml gins
• 15 ml lime juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitter

Recipe

1. Pour the gin, the Angostura bitter, the cognac and the lime juice into cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Pour into a chilled Collins glass
4. Top with the ginger beer

Garnish

• Add 1 mint sprig inside
