Singapore sling
Ingredients
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz gin
- ½ oz Cherry sangue morlacco
- ½ oz lime juice
- ⅓ oz grenadine syrup
- ¼ oz Bénédictine
- ¼ oz Cointreau
- 1 dash Angostura bitter
Total: oz
Recipe
- Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled hurricane glass with ice cubes
Garnish
- Add 1 maraschino cherry on top
- Add 1 quarter pineapple slice on top
