Singapore sling
Ingredients
- 120 ml pineapple juice
- 30 ml gins
- 15 ml Cherry sangue morlacco
- 15 ml lime juice
- 10 ml grenadine syrup
- 7.5 ml Bénédictine
- 7.5 ml Cointreau
- 1 dash Angostura bitter
Total: ml
Recipe
- Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled Hurricane glass with ice
Garnish
- Add 1 maraschino cherry on top
- Add 1 quarter pineapple slice on top
