Ingredients
- 1 oz honey syrup
- 1 oz white rhum
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz peach brandy
- 10 mint leaves
- 4 pineapple chunks

Recipe
- Blend all ingredients with cracked ice for a few seconds
- Pour into a chilled Poco grande glass
Garnish
- Add 1 mint sprig inside
- Add 1 quarter pineapple slice on the edge
