Halekulani

• 1½ oz bourbon whiskey
• ½ oz Demerara sugar syrup
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz orange juice
• ½ oz pineapple juice
• ½ bar spoon grenadine syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitter

Recipe

1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain into a chilled coupe

Garnish

• Add 1 lemon slice on the edge
• Add 1 pineapple chunk on the edge
