Ingredients

  • 60 ml blended scotch whiskies
  • 22.5 ml honey syrup
  • 22.5 ml lemon juice
  • 7.5 ml Islay single malt whiskies
  • 1 ginger slice

Recipe

  1. Pour the ginger slice, the blended scotch whisky, the lemon juice and the honey syrup into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled Old fashioned glass with ice
  4. Float the Islay single malt whisky on the top

Garnish

  • Add 1 candied ginger on top
