Ingredients
- 60 ml blended scotch whiskies
- 22.5 ml honey syrup
- 22.5 ml lemon juice
- 7.5 ml Islay single malt whiskies
- 1 ginger slice
Total: ml
Recipe
- Pour the ginger slice, the blended scotch whisky, the lemon juice and the honey syrup into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled Old fashioned glass with ice
- Float the Islay single malt whisky on the top
Garnish
- Add 1 candied ginger on top
