New-York sour

Ingredients
- 60 ml rye whiskey
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 22.5 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml red wine
- 1 egg white

Recipe
- Pour the lemon juice, the egg white, the rye whiskey and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled Rocks glass with ice
- Float the wine on the top
Garnish
- Add 1 cocktail cherry on top
- Add 1 lemon zest on top
