Ingredients

  • 60 ml rye whiskey
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 22.5 ml simple syrup
  • 15 ml red wine
  • 1 egg white

Recipe

  1. Pour the lemon juice, the egg white, the rye whiskey and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled Rocks glass with ice
  4. Float the wine on the top

Garnish

  • Add 1 cocktail cherry on top
  • Add 1 lemon zest on top
