Irish coffee
Ingredients
- 4 oz hot coffee
- 1⅔ oz fresh cream
- 1⅔ oz irish whisky
- 1 bar spoon simple syrup

Recipe
- Pour the simple syrup, the irish whisky and the hot coffee into a coffee cup
- Stir gently
- Float the fresh cream on the top
