The secret speakeasy

• gins
• 25 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml crème de mûre
• 12.5 ml simple syrup

Recipe

1. Pour the simple syrup, the lemon juice and the gin into cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Double strain into a chilled Old fashioned glass with crushed ice
4. Drizzle the crème de mûre over the top so it ‘bleeds’ into the drink

Garnish

• Add 2 blackberries on top
• Add 1 lemon slice on top
