Ingredients

  • 120 ml pineapple juice
  • gins
  • 15 ml Cherry sangue morlacco
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml grenadine syrup
  • 7.5 ml Bénédictine
  • 7.5 ml Cointreau
  • 1 dash Angostura bitter
Total: ml

Recipe

  1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled Hurricane glass with ice

Garnish

  • Add 1 maraschino cherry on top
  • Add 1 quarter pineapple slice on top
