Ingredients
- 50 ml champagne
- 50 ml passion fruit purée
- 50 ml vodka vanilla
- 20 ml passion fruit liqueur
- 2 teaspoons powdered vanilla sugar

Recipe
- Pour the passion fruit liqueur, the teaspoon powdered vanilla sugar, the vodka vanilla and the passion fruit purée into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled Martini glass
- Serve with the champagne in a chilled Shot glass on the side
Garnish
- Add 1 half passion fruit on top
