Ingredients

  • 60 ml pisco
  • 30 ml dry white wine
  • 22.5 ml pineapple juice
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 3 cloves

Recipe

  1. Pour the pisco, the lemon juice, the cloves, the pineapple juice and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled Coupe glass
  4. Add the dry white wine
  5. Stir gently
