Ingredients
- 45 ml blackstrap rhum
- 45 ml pineapple juice
- 22.5 ml Campari
- 15 ml Demerara sugar syrup
- 15 ml lime juice

Recipe
- Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled Rocks glass with ice
Garnish
- Add 1 quarter pineapple slice on the edge
