Ingredients

  • 45 ml blackstrap rhum
  • 45 ml pineapple juice
  • 22.5 ml Campari
  • 15 ml Demerara sugar syrup
  • 15 ml lime juice

Recipe

  1. Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. Double strain into a chilled Rocks glass with ice

Garnish

  • Add 1 quarter pineapple slice on the edge
