The secret speakeasy

• 60 ml soda water
• gins
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml simple syrup

Recipe

1. Pour all ingredients into a chilled Highball glass
2. Add ice
3. Stir gently

Garnish

• Add 1 lemon slice on top
• Add 1 maraschino cherry on top
