Gin fizz
Ingredients
- gins
- 35 ml soda water
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml simple syrup

Recipe
- Pour the lemon juice, the gin and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Double strain into a chilled Highball glass
- Add ice
- Top with the soda water
Garnish
- Add 1 lemon slice inside
- Add 1 lemon zest inside
