• 60 ml champagne
• gins
• 15 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml simple syrup

Recipe

1. Pour the gin, the lemon juice and the simple syrup into cocktail shaker
2. Shake with ice
3. Double strain into a Flûte glass
4. Top with the champagne
